87% of Singaporeans express support for a new category of HDB flats that are sold at a 30% discount, but have to be sold back to HDB. Half o the 49 respondents are existing HDB flat owners. Only 20% express "big concern" over the impact on the price of existing HDB flats.

51% of respondent do not own HDB flat. They migh be single who expect a price adjustment to their favour. Further study is needed.
Valid oberservation, but it could also mean that even non-HDB respondents are concerned about the unreal HDB prices.
Anyway, more study by the Authority is Needed.
