Should season parking be reserved at higher floors of car parks?

Here are the responses: (55 Votes)

29 % - Residents who pay season parking fees should be given priority to the lower floors.
29 % - Reserved parking for season tickets should only apply at night.
24 % - It will allow visitors to use the lower floors more efficiently, as they stay for a short time.
18 % - The car park should be freely used with no priority for season or hourly parking.
