What is the best way to solve youth unemployment?

53 % - Reduce the working hours, so that more jobs can be created.
39 % - Let them find their jobs from the free market economy.
8 % - Allow companies to retrench older workers so that the jobs can be given to young workers.
0 % - Let them work as gig workers and engage in hired cars and food delivery.
