Leaders cannot just go by the books. Eg the safety barriers in shopping centres cited by them as international standards. What about OUR standards. Reason I feel safe is because I suffer from acrophobia(phobia for heights) so I do not go near the railings. We need 21st century leaders who can combine books and brains. Its never their fault.
The top are either too horizontal or too vertical. Management fads come and go, so why should they put forth adequate effort toward the achievement of organizational objectives.
