In the past nothing was technical, everything was commercial. It is refreshing to know that this C-19 is treated differently with sincerity. GST collection has dropped drastically and they have accepted the downside of it.
Some may call this psychological cycle. They are doing whatever it takes to make up for what they had legally stolen from the businesses and the people.
