Having dealt with the bureaucracy especially in the areas of loans, I would not want to bother. Anything to do with MAS, we are wasting our time. What they put out, is not always what you get. I reexamine the experiences of the past on property loans, you learn more from what the banks told to you than the actual masturbating they put out.
We should be allowed all to withdraw half of our CPF at this time?

We too have never the high opinion of the MAS. Regarding all the cooling measures, it is only right that they calm the market in terms of over-heating prices and individuals overstretching themselves in properties. But they should not take the pleasure to dictate our rights and freedom on names and purchases as they are private deals between buyers, sellers and banks. Banks will not lend money if they feel that the borrowers are a risk. But at the same time, they also allow a small percentage of risk, as in all kinds of businesses there are risks. If one does not allow some risk then they cannot function as a business entity.
