WOTC - Is China aggressive?

It has to be cruel to be kind. Ah Long needs to fire a few to bring out the rest to diligence and to set examples. To attract confidence back to the people it is best not to allow a few supremely heads who are there to make hay while the sun shines to pull him down. A few are so consumed with their self-importance ( 2 in the MAS of minority race) that they think it is their divine right to be right all the time. Thanks to Business Times today, it explores that from different 'EXPERTS' that for every reaction there are reactions good and bad.

If Hong Yi is in charge there will be high turnovers in the ministerial and heads of department. He has his grandfather's genes. Half of the people would not even be there.

If like that who will be the scapegoats? 1)The people who approved the visa? 2)The free-range chickens? 3) The people in charge of policing?
My guess would be the free-range chickens.
