Difficult to make vaccination compulsory

Someone made this observation - The government force people to wear seat belts in cars. They can also force people to get vaccinated.

I think there is a difference. The seat belt does not kill people. The vaccine may cause some deaths, although the incidence is very low. This is why it is difficult to force people to be vaccinated.

To keep 100% of people happy, contented, and satisfied is not attainable.

If one can achieve 85% you could be doing something right.

If only 61.28% can be said as below par?

A government that is overly interfering results in people being unable to act for themselves. This resulted in over-dependency and a whinging population.

You need rules for order, safety, and abuse, but overly controlled will lead to rebellion and finding loopholes. In end, there is no gain for the authoritarian and the receiver!
