Policy analysts can be broadly grouped into two camps: optimists and realists. Even journalists tend to produce articles from their own standing. Nevertheless, views from a few
experts were sought by neutral parties whenever a policy was tweaked or new by the authorities. Some views were often not one-sided.

First and foremost, the government's moral and political obligations are to meet constituents' fundamental basic felt needs-housing, medical, safety and schooling.
Food, water, clothing, and shelter are necessities for human survival.

I got very ticked off when figureheads nudged the people's aspirations to live in private properties indirectly acknowledging that public housing is
second class, rather than building affordable, quality and privacy public housing where people do not have the aspirations to live on private property. No buyer for private property prices would automatedly come down?

The housing market has received the most drama here. Can even make it into a movie.
