WOTC - Different factions in a leadership

 Wisdom of the Crowd: 64 % of respondents said that it is bad for the leaders in China to come from different factions as it will lead to infighting and politicking, and will be bad for the country.

You know a country is not what it used to be when the elderly just went out wanting to have a simple haircut but was conned of a few thousand dollars from their savings. What kind of humans have this kind of heart to do something like that and how they can sleep well at night?
