[The situation arose from comments made by Mr. Chia regarding the victim of convicted rapist Lev Panfilov, a TikTok creator, scriptwriter, and actor with a local YouTube channel.

In a post on LinkedIn, the lawyer described the 30-year-old victim as "not exactly a babe in the woods" and asked, "Wow. Was she awake during this marathon?" This remark referred to the sexual assault she endured.

Panfilov was convicted on March 21 of two counts of rape, one count of sexual assault by penetration, and one count of outrage of modesty.]

From men's perspectives, it takes two hands to clap. What is wrong with the courts nowadays? It could be that she followed him home thinking she caught a big fish, but learnt differently when she saw he had flatmates maybe? This is what happens when a fish is put in front of a cat?

Which female willingly returned to a bachelor's home at night despite the 24-hour cafe around? Even if horny must also say "NO" so as not to look cheap!

It is considered rape:

1. He did not want to pursue the relationship further and treated it as "a one-night stand."

2. It was a "Wham, bam, thank you ma'am"

3. Being treated like a piece of dirt.

We only have one short life on this planet, and certain things should not be compromised for peace of mind.

1) Bring back the jury system. We cannot allow just one or two individuals to decide another person's fate.

2) Cancel the GRC. Most people are not even aware of who their Members of Parliament (mps) are. I once went to see my MP, but all he did was like a middleman and a postbox. I did not have any follow-up from him and that was my first and last since then of seeing a PAP mp

3) Public housing should be constructed to meet the needs of the Singaporeans and should not be kiam siap in size, locations, costs, status and timing.

In the past, when our population was around 4 million, life felt much simpler and more comfortable. We enjoyed a sense of community ๐Ÿค and had access to resources without the overwhelming competition that can come with larger populations. We did not have to hear extreme excuses on lack of land leading to mickey house homes.

Now, with excuses like growth, we find ourselves in bustling megacities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Mumbai ๐ŸŒ†. While growth is good๐ŸŒ, they also come with their own set of challenges. The fast pace of life, increased cost of living ๐Ÿ’ฐ, and strain on infrastructures can make daily life more complicated and unbreathable. We often long for the days when things felt more manageable and accessible, . It's a balancing act ⚖️, adapting to the demands of a larger population while trying to retain the qualities that made life enjoyable in those earlier days.

Old days 1️⃣ father๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ can support 5️⃣ children. Now 5️⃣ children cannot support 1️⃣ father. This is what growth and progress is all about?
