Is it time to invest in the stockmarket?

The stockmarket has corrected by about 5%.

Someone asked me, "Is it time to invest in the stockmarket?"

My view:

* better to wait for one or two more weeks
* there is the possibility that the correction may continue for another 5% to 10%
* I prefer to wait until the ST Index comes down closer to 2,700
