Personal entertainment system on air flights

Singapore Airlines can learn from Emirates or other airlines on how to improve the ergonomics of its personal entertainment system. Read here.

I agree that I had a fantastic experience on Emirates. They have such an international crew, in combination, they could speak an average of 16 languages. I was thoroughly impressed.
About Emirates' entertainment system, I think its because they are constantly upgrading their airplanes.
Singapore airlines's newer planes are the same model as Emirates and thus have the same type (better) entertainment systems as Emirates. I guess they haven't gotten around to replacing all their planes yet.

I haven't tried Emirates before but I agree that the console on side arm rest is very cumbersome to place back even when one tries to be civic minded and considerate.

Some crew members in Emirates are from SIA.. who dont seem to appreciate employees with positive attitudes and initiatives.
