What cause the problem with Hyflux

41 % - Bad decisions my management and board of Hyflux
29 % - Decision by Public Utilities Board to award the tender to Hyflux when they seriously unquoted the water price.
22 % - Energy Market Authority allow massive overcapacity in the energy market.
7 % - Unwillingness of Public Utilities Board to help find a solution.
