An alternative to the wearable tracker

There is no need to implement the wearable tracker. We can avoid spending several tens of million dollars on this project and have a more effective system. This project is likely to face many challenges and may lead to a waste of public funds. There is a more effective way to carry out contact tracing. We should have an election every year. This is the only time they have an intense desire to give the people good service. Even the SPF is ramping up its efforts to put things right.
