A customer bought some stuff and went to the cashier to pay. He took out his membership card.

Was told by the cashier that the card was not anymore valid and they are into apps.

The customer tried to subscribe to the apps. Was told by the cashier that he was not

entitled to the 20% discount

due to apps not recognising his mobile or membership number. The customer told the cashier

cancel the purchase and walked out. His purchase would have been between $200~$300 without

20%. Nowadays go toilet also need apps. Digitalisation has improved or held back our lives?

What other damages are they going to do by micro-managing properties-public and private?

Haven't they done enough damages?

How will social biases be interpreted in housing?

Except for some, most just want a spacious and affordable home for their families. Is it too much to ask?

Could it be troublesome to start colouring the way they interpret the housing market and if overly extreme, leading to psychological symptoms?

Unfortunately not all things can be cured, but we can decrease the outcome!

Important to consider........What is needed are brilliant ministers who can come up with policies with just a few salient points with the strength to impact, then one hundred small points with no effect. So far we have none. All they are capable of is making people's life a misery.
