LHL is not without analytical intelligence. All that is needed now is more Nicole Seah or Low Thia Kiang joining the WP. West Coast might catch up when drama-king is not in the picture.
This is not a game, it is about an island sinking. He has an educated wife to give him inputs. Slow and steady wins the race bah.

Perhaps these are too much to ask or for the moon?

Someone who simplifies or come up with new keys or key to unlock and transform the four
critical part of lives in people. 1)cheap & better commodious housing 2) universities( where students have a choice of not going overseas) 3) quality and trusted childcare 4) safer roads.
These keys must not be based on market research, but innovators and inventors who can deliver the most economic benefit to humanity.

Court rules in favour of woman who claimed a 73% stake in property bought with a married man.

In 2008, Ms Yeow, together with Mr Ramasamy, bought a house worth S$1.7 million as an investment.
In order to save money on stamp duties and property tax, they put the house only in his name.
(This is the kind of government we have where people were forced to make bad choices.)

Ms Yeow, who was the guarantor for the loan, said that they had an oral agreement to share the profits from the sale of the property once the price reached $3.5 million. She paid her share for the purchase with monthly payments to Mr Ramasamy of $7,000 to $10,000 for the mortgage, and ended up paying $833,600 in total, while he paid $310,000.
(This was one incident where TDSR or whatever cooling measures they invented, were never an accurate judgement to purchasing properties.)

A caring leader serves with righteousness and loving concern. When a leader loses respect from the people, leading becomes difficult?
