The Good:
Certainly, when weak and fragile people post incidents on social media to make their case, they felt there was an outlet for their bruised ego.
People tend to put their best foot in public places for fear of being picked by some narcissist and get totally plastered on social media.
As to a certain extent, for now, things have not gone totally out of hand with the nature of the beast being on the defensive where everyone hangs a mobile around their neck, ready for action. Amongst the midst of a few who resorted to illegal?? way, there are more people who chose- *I am extremely proud of who I am. If you don't like it, that is your problem, not mine*, and proceed with their journey.

The Bad:
Government not stepping in? Will it lead to more abuse of such, where anyone or everyone has a legal claim to post anyone or everyone on social media, which leads to chaos, lives ruined, disorderly country, and angry people.

The Ugly:
When monkeys are given machine guns, can people feel at peace and safe to leave their house?

The disadvantages greatly reign the advantages?

Why we must not aggravate the problem of shaming and naming people on social media?

Not only do problems not solve themselves, but we can also actually make them worse by how we

respond to them.

Problems are like fires. People carry around two buckets( water and gasoline).

Do we pour water or gasoline on fires?

Hiring people less charming and intelligent but with strong character-They can handle chaos and the unpredictable without succumbing to anxiety or loss of control. Their strength has a quality like a piece of metal(it can bend but still retains its shape and never breaks). It could have come from their feeling of personal security and self-worth.

Hiring people with high qualifications but weak in character-They crumbled under pressure and will not take kindly to criticism. They take the criticism to heart and show overt signs of resentment, rather than trying to improve. There are hidden costs to working with them or hiring them. Their annoying and arrogant qualities will cause others around them to quit harming the general environment.

The new motto-gender equality.

Interviewers now need a combination of male and female.

Interviewers: How is your ability in dealing with your contact with self-love or self absorb people? [Thank God, his answer wasn’t “ I’ll post them on social media .”]

Male Interviewee: If SHE’S this, this and this, I would this, this and this………

After the interviewee left, both male and female interviewers could not come to a conclusion. The FEMALE found his answer to be unsatisfactory citing that there was NO SHE in the question, but his answer was SHE. Was it direct at her or females?
