If and when you want to buy an executive condo, it would be likely that you would both work with a job paying a combined less than $14K, even if you can earn higher. After application and all kinds of stuff are successful and settled, you can play around with your salary???

How banks operate by losing out. My wife and I were looking around for a resale. The agent referred us to a bank(OCBC) consultant for his advertised unit. After viewing a few more housing, we decided on another. We went back to the OCBC consultant to save us the headache of sending stacks of documents to other banks that we were ready to purchase. His reply was he couldn't take our case as the referral agent was from the first house!

Book Smart VS Street Smart on businesses.

(Singtel is becoming too powerful. They control a big market share. When you are in a contract with them they just do as they like. Some TV channels are either ceased or changed. But there are penalties for customers financially if and when they make changes.

Look what happen to Jack Ma when he had illusions to become Singtel. XJP put a stop to it.)

Singtel only trying to lure in new customers but not take care of existing ones. During re-contract, all customers are entitled to 2 new wi-fi wireless routers free. Delivery and installation are only for new sign-up customers. Existing customers have to pick up and pay at
at Somerset Place, self-installation, and if you need 3, you need to travel to Orchard Central to pick up the 3rd one. (like people don't have to work?) One does not have that kind of profit by not being unscrupulous or unethical?
