1. Was Keppel guilty of bribery in the Brazilian offshore maritime contracts?
2. Was the US govt correct in charging Keppel for bribing the Brazilian officials?

Perhaps there was no personal monetary benefit or gain to the individuals......They were doing it for the company......? Just thoughts.

When doing business in someone else's country, you do it allowed by their rules. Otherwise, you unable be able to move. Corruption is their way of life. Thks to LKY, corruption is not tolerated here. Competition is lacking here due to the high costs and limited capacity.

When companies do business in Singapore, they must adhere to Singapore's regulations.

Every country is not identical.
