At the general level, although the specifics will vary;

1. natural birth rates are on the decline;

2. those who qualify for visas|PR to live their dream lifestyles in less densely populated countries have left and are still leaving;

3. no natural resources.

Indeed, without replenishing whether millionaires or skills, this could be a death knell for an island? I just wish the media should not tar everyone as S'poreans on this island as the three races look identical except maybe the whites?

I live near Vivo and I work from home twice a week. Near lunchtime, I usually put on walking shoes to take a slow walk for lunch saving on carpark and exercise. I carried drinking water in some day's hot sun for non-dehydration.
In the days stationed in the basement, Kopitiam was one guy (minority race when he spoke that he was superior) helping the elderly in the change between the card and app. He saw my water bottle and came into my front, " Sir you are not allowed to bring outside drinks into here." I told him that I needed it as after eating, I needed my water to walk home again. I asked him what am I supposed to do with my water bottle. His reply was that's my problem, not his. He looks local but don't sound like one.

Sunday it would be idealistic to avoid Lucky Plaza, if you do not want to feel like Manila.
