Wisdom of the Crowd: 56% of the respondents said that land prices should be removed from the pricing of new HDB flats to make them affordable.

So he brings 3 architects, a Chinese, an American and an Iranian. The Chinese architect says I charge 3 Million, 1.5M for material, 1M for workers and 0.5M for my salary.

He goes to the next one. The American architect says I charge 6 Million, 3M for material, 2M for workers and 1M for my salary.

Finally, he asks the Iranian. The Iranian architect says I charge 9 Million. The AGENT asks surprisingly "How come?!"

Anonymous said...: It is open knowledge that the ABSD is meaningless to some numbers judging the number of properties they owned from LHY & LWL.

It will lead to more decoupling which should not be our way of life.

Investment properties will dwindle, leading to higher rents due to competition for less housing for rentals.

2) Justify that they are doing something to the housing market cos they are in a mess when
above one million 5roomers are becoming a norm.

3) Desperate for filling up coffers to give more money to pple for votes in the coming GE cos it doesn't look like the percentage will be above 62%.

If this happens the present government-They would increase the price of water and rations the buying per person or household or even tell us to drink tap water.
