Should also propose a fee guideline for insurance advisory service when FAIR recommends fee based so public will know what to expect from the advisers.
So it seems after all is said and done, the ball is at the Competition Council feet.
The SMC has rightly, pointed out that they regrettably withdrew their Guideline to comply with the Law.
To me that is good enough for the relevant Authority to review the Law.
The question is who is the rightful Authority. That in Singapore, can have no answer, no?
