Being one island it is easy to police and control. The majority of the population will follow the guidelines. All in all, it is in their favor. Maybe give them 8 out of 10. ha ha.

Seeesh, both were overrated in their terms as Health Minister cum National Development. Hopefully, now he can bring some goodness to the education system. (❁´◡`❁)

You can't stop Singaporeans from having aspirations for private properties, but you can make them less appealing by ramping up executive condos in prime areas like Upper Bukit Timah, Marine Parade, Queenstown, Telok Blangah, Clementi and Thomson areas. As of today, executive condos are only available far away from the main towns.
Could it be because it is not commercially viable to the government???
