Is it better to buy or rent a house?

There were only roughly 2 million heads to collect taxes from, and more than half did not pay any. ABSD were aliens in those days and so is SSD.

While properties were much cheaper, stamp duties translate to minimal collections. Brain and heart versus dollars.

Unless sincere and caring homes are provided for the feelings of humans, new PM or not they will retain the miserable 61.24% If they do better than that it would be due to the fallen WP, not because PAP has become better.

A few things older adults should be aware of:
