*WE ARE NO LONGER AT AN AGE TO POSTPONE ANYTHING.*
Accompanied my daughter and her BF to Alexandra Hospital for an emergency on CNY day.
The hospital was calm and peaceful and there was really service.
At the registration, there was a sign that says the waiting time approximately was 40 minutes.
They told us four doctors were on duty.
Only two people were allowed in.
I sat outside.
A nurse came and suggested that I waited in the lobby citing mosquitoes.
I told her I felt cold in there.
She brought me a blanket.
One can feel an atmosphere of care and concern and it wasnt a show for the feedback.
If only more places could put people at ease.
