I hope more legal action gotups will be formed going forward. This will let the FIs know that it is their responsibilties to sell good investment products to their precious customers. I hope the court is fair when hearing these cases.

We would of course like to join legal action.
But no money, and also cannot afford to loss any more hard earned money.
So can only wait & see.

Will this serve as a test case?

If the investors win the suit, will subsequent suits by others also have a good chance of being won, citing this case as precedent? Or are there grounds to argue that the circumstances are different?

Any lawyer visitors to this blog care to comment?

Do not wait for a free ride. Not all the cases are exactly the same though the principal may be quoted. If you are the affected group, please join class action NOW.

That is the way to go. Join the class action and wait no longer. The hearing may come close towards the next general election to create more sparks .
