WOTC - Death of reservist under training in New Zealand

What are your views about the death of a reservist while training in New Zealand?

38 % - The SAF is quite lax in enforcing safety regulations.
28 % - The risk is higher when training reservists who have completed military training many years ago.
28 % - We should introduce civilian audits of military training.
6 % - It is unfortunate, but accidents can happen.
