Poor customer service

Add another example, not from Silk Air customer service though, not Phone operators. It says "For English, press 1, 花语说明请按2". And after pressing 2 for mandarin, it somehow lead to someone who doesn't speaks Mandarin! I'm not testing their service, but my dad who makes the call and he is not fluent in English.
